As many of you know I was diagnosed with Breast Cancer the first of August. It has been a long hard road but I have been very fortunate.
I just wanted to encourage all of the ladies to remember to get your yearly exams and also do regular breast examines on yourself. You never know when you may feel a lump. There are several web-sites one can look at to get more information and I encourage you to do so.

I also wanted to let everyone that there is a STRIDES FOR BREAST CANCER walk on October 11th. It is in SLC at Liberty Park and it starts at 9 a.m. I will be attending that and would love to have all who wants to support Breast Cancer Awareness walk with me. I know many of you have all ready done and given so much but this is something easy and for a wonderful cause. If you want to participate please contact me and I will get you some more information.

Hi Tracey. I am not sure if you will remember me or not, but I was in your old ward in Ogden.
I want you to know that I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers as you are going through this. I hope all is well and you family is just darling! Please keep in touch!
